Re: Cobra 148 GTL-DX
Hi guys i have been just reading this one and would like to say.
I have a early mk 1 gtl dx that is totaly standard never been modied and i find it a very stable ssb radio and on band i get good reports and thats from experianced ham radio operatorsand such.
I have over many years since the am days owned multimode's concords stalker uniden 2830 alan 9001 superstar's wow the cost lol i could go on but apart from the alan 9001 i would rate my 148 2nd. all in all a good old classic radio that still in 2013 gets good reports on ssb. Tim 26 fb801
