my oil filled rad works a treat in the shack this year gets it up to 20c and keeps it there on half power. last year it wouldnt get the shack above 14c. good bit of insulation and plasterboard sorted it out emoticon

Only 4 degrees in here right now and was -13 the other week, inside the shack!! Although I do have a 4kw heater, its got no insulation and can be bloody freezing emoticon

The AT-50 is a fantastic ATU, It will tune a wet sock (although i dont espect to get out far on it )..

The Amp I bought of Dave ( Yamanx ) its a 'Hunter' It does around the 700 watt range. I get about 600 watts on 10 mtrs and 700 watts on 20 mtrs, Into a Dummy load off course, I only use it at the 400 watt legal limit for the UK when im on air.....
