Cobra 25 (modded?)

I am hoping to return to this after 20 years out and I am looking at a cobra 25 which appears to have been modded as the ad says it has a switch on the back which expands it from Standard Dualband to [sign in to see URL].

I was never a frequency expert so can someone tell me, as it includes high frequencies like [sign in to see URL], is this USB or is it just FM at that frequency? Sorry not sure that makes sense.
