Hi guy s i have a yaesu 480r and i have no power going out full signal incoming so j think the finals have gone any one now where i can get them thanks

Hi steve, the ft480r uses a power module, not a single transistor, they turn up on the BAY from time to time. i do have a used but fully working module here from a old ft480r i have, the main LSI chip has gone and doesnt give any frequencies anymore, besides ive already started stripping the radio for one thing and another, but before the LSI chip went it was doing full power. the power module could be up for sale.

hi mark sorry for not comeing back sooner the radio has now been sold with the fault the guy as got all the bit s to do it but thanks all the same by any chance would you now a mod for a fan comeing on all the time on a manson ep-850
