Static problem


Hi guys
Still got 4 to 5s points of static on t5 if I put a preamp in line will this help or just increase the static
Any advice welcome

hi john, it will make matters worse, pre amps just bring in stronger qrm (noise)

Had to put up with the static and every other household noise for 10 years ,but just put a sirio dipole up and the band is very quite.
maybe its about the grounded element and gamma match .
sirio sd 27 around £30.00 sorry cant add a photo
