Digital modes
Any digi mode users here?
I've been playing with BPSK31 on 20m, there are some 11m digital operators as well, not yet copied any though.
Also SSTV, RTTY, and computer genetrated CW. There are loads of different modes for computer interfaced transmission. Still learning and playing atm, waiting for, yet another, lead to arrive for SSTV TX

Re: Digital modes
if i can get my rtty progs and sstv working on this flippin' vista laptop i'll be bashing pics out on 27.700mhz!!!!
on the subject, i was setting the stage up for dan and pip when i was tuning the tv camera reciever in (we got a small camera fitted on stage so the punters can see at the back via an old telly) when i chanced upon my first ever live viewing of an amatuer tv repeater! gb3vm i think it was, dont quote me on that, memory rubbsh. good though - the reciever is only tiny and has a 3" long rubber aerial! must ave been right on top of it! ( i was in Northampton)
