pretty dead on 20mtrs lately (for local stuff)
even though local dx is quiet, i still managed khazakstan(first time ever) and a couple of VKs from my truck today, 1/4 wave mobile whip, 50watts!! dont really want local anyway..

another first today on 20m, japan and south korea. i am amazed as i only use 150w into a monoband 1/4 wave whip on my truck. who needs a monoband 6 ele beam?

hey thats pretty damn good, i havnt listened up there much. i listen on 40m mostly as thats what my dipole is tuned for. i'll have to get up there and have a listen

its weird.... its dead as compared to usual but some nice countries sneak through now and again. apParently sonspot activity is at its lowest for 50 years. if 14mhz is quiet, dont expect anything on 10 or 11 metreS!!!! NASTY STUFF
