where have they all gone? after speaking to a couple of people i am thinking that the albrecht is slightly off frequency, does anyone know of any rig doctors down south? or is it a case of posting it off to someone? I dont have a freq counter and i'm sure its not as easy as just adjusting 1 pot? never used to be.. lol any info?

Re: rig doctor?
..not a lot of call for rig dctors nowadays - especially as most of the new stuff is all smd components!!
tuning shouldnt be a problem though, but you do need all the right gear. used to have it all here once upon a time - if things get busy on 11m i might just get some test gear, i could do with the beer money!!!
if you get really stuck, i know a guy not far from me in Essex who loves working on rigs, i reckon if you were really desperate he could look at it - you could post to me, i could take to his qth, then collect and post back when done.
