posticon Tax man has helped

The tax man has decided to give me a tax rebate, which is nice, I have already spent it emoticon

I have bought a Heatherlite Hunter linear amp emoticon and a 1.5kw ATU to go with it emoticon

Sold orginally by Linear Amps UK as 800w/1600w, But in the US the amp is sold under a different name and they advertise it at 1000w/2000w. 800watts is Mega!!

I dont pick them up until Monday, for gods sake done tell the missus about the rebate or the amp or I'll be wearing it around the house emoticon

Hi Keith, there is a 6meter amp called a Hunter six but mine, or soon to be mine, is an HF amp originally made by Heatherlite and then by Linear amps UK, which have now gone under.

In the US it was marketed as the Hunter 2000c, or at least the early versions were in the 1970's, It looks a bit like a Ranger.

Yes mate you should put the kettle on emoticon
