Multi antenna to multi radio switch board
Its seems there is nothing on the market atm for this. What I intend to do is make a switch board for using upto, say 10 antennas, with a similar number of radios. Not just one antenna or one aerial at a time though. You will be able to use say, three aerials with three radios at any one time and change from any ant to any radio
Sounds complicated when I say it, but its going to be a simple arrangement using fly leads like the old fashioned telephone switch boards With ten fly leads you could connect all ten aerials with ten radios!
I like to be able to build an electronic version, but it would probably need some PLC control and that makes it too expensive.
I'll take some pics, I have some of the parts on order and have some already, any ideas would be appreciated

Re: Multi antenna to multi radio switch board
Arduino again
One of these could easily be configured so that you press a switch with the combination you want, it will drive the antenna switching relays to do what you want.
This version of Arduino has 54 digital I/O s , so there are many combinations you could use.

If your not up for writing the code yourself, send me a list of the combinations you want.........and i will write code for it
Then all you need to do, is buy the kit and build it

Re: Multi antenna to multi radio switch board
Some radios have pin-outs on the back which go logic 1 or 0 in various combinations according to the band you are on.
A few diodes and relays and you'd be good to go, but not sure if this is really what you are looking for.
Bear in mind that a complicated switchboard style patchboard would increase the SWR seen by the rig due to all the trailing wires where 50 ohm feedline should be used, but in practice this may not be such a problem.
