hi andy, im after a antenna to go with my new radio a ft 847 by yaesu, the bands are 2m 70cm and 6m theres one on moonraker but there pricey,

Hiya pleased you have got sorted,
it might be perhaps worth considering in the future if needind a new antenna a simple cheap diy collinier Jpole constructed from wire or copper pipe or ladder line I have found them to be quite efective though i have only constructed them for 2 bands

maybe we'll hook up on one of the bands, if you want to try out you 6m radio maybe
