Sorry guys that the cluster and chat went down all day today. I extended the email package and this seemed to conflict with the current server.
It wasn't anything I could do, it has to be fixed by the hosts. So waiting on them all day. They keep hassling me about the "Old software" it was built with and it all needs upgrading, but I just don't have the time or frankly the knowledge to do it yet 
Still its all working again now, its the first time its been down since December 2014, so done pretty well this last year.
