ha ha i finally got my way and now she's let me get a silver rod!! ...... i cant fix it to the house tho but i can mount it on a pole when i'm using it then take it down when finished so at least i can get some decent dx....ee the thing's we do for propagation!!...cant wait to test it at the weekend!....also do many FB members monitor the net freq on a sunday and is it still 27.585usb???

glad you got it, should do the job. i usualy always qsy to 27.585 if i'm dx'in, havnt been out for a while though as i been changing vehicles. all sorted now so should be out again soon on the hills emoticon

woo hoo i love summer shutdown!!! 3 weeks off work so i'm gonna get plenty of time to get dx'ing, my new silver rod is gonna get some hammer let me tells ya!!
