I bought a 2m radio the other day and although I havent transmitted on it yet, as I've decided to listen for a while to sus it all out, one thing I have noticed is the speed at which operators say their call sign. Whats that all about then? Is there some kind of competition to say it the fastest? I cant understand any of them, they chat away perfectly normal and then when they come to the call sign bit its dililip! What? Weird. nondisclosed_email@example.com (yamanx1)Fri, 23 Nov 2007 12:51:48 +0000
